Men's Crux 2 Approach Shoe

The next evolution of Scarpa's best-selling approach shoe. The Crux 2 builds on everything that made the original a go-to for scrambles and approaches; sticky Vibram® Megagrip rubber, lace-to-toe closure, and durable suede construction. The redesigned upper delivers improved security, breathability, and precision underfoot. From loose talus and slabby scrambles to low fifth-class terrain and rugged descents, the Crux 2 does it all without compromise.

New webbing reinforcements on the upper improve lockdown and lateral support, keeping your foot planted and secure. A recycled mesh tongue with foam cushioning adds comfort for long days, and a dual-density midsole strikes the right balance between cushioned hiking comfort and performance. Dedicated edging zones under the big toe and front edges give you confidence on technical placements, and heel loops make it easy to pull on and clip to your harness or pack at the base.
